Responcibilities
Monitor production AI workflows and system activity.
Investigate workflow failures and unexpected system behavior.
Review AI outputs against defined operating standards.
Identify recurring exceptions and operational bottlenecks.
Coordinate with engineering teams on system improvements.
Maintain operational documentation and runbooks.
Track workflow performance and reliability metrics.
Help establish escalation and human-review procedures.
Support clients during post-deployment optimization.
Requirements
Experience in technical operations, business operations, customer operations, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with technical systems and data.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to investigate problems systematically.
